Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software - Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments - Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting - Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions - Perform general ledger accounting tasks - Conduct research on technical accounting issues and provide recommendations Skills:
- Proficient in Quicken or similar accounting software - Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles - Knowledge of technical accounting standards and regulations - Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail - Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports - Strong organizational and time management abilities Note:
