Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for one of our manufacturing plants.
The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repair of a variety of CNC machines, test equipment, parts washers, and others.
Emphasis will be placed on electrical repair aptitude, as the Maintenance Mechanic will need to effectively troubleshoot items such as servo drives and electrical switches.

Responsibilities:
o Troubleshoot, operate, install, and program panel views and HMI deviceso Troubleshoot and repair valve testing equipmento Diagnose and repair mechanical failures on ovens, blowers, and fanso Verifies alignment and tolerances of moving parts, tests operations of assemblieso Layout, measure, size, bend and install electrical conduito Troubleshoot and program AC/CD drives and motorso Effectively troubleshoot relay logic circuits - requires experience with gas train circuitryo Effectively troubleshoot, size, and install transformerso Effectively lays out, measures, threads, and installs pipeo Troubleshoot and repair processed water systemo Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systemso Troubleshoot and repair injection molding equipmento Use precision measuring tools, voltmeters, ammeters, and oscilloscopeso -Apply knowledge and understanding of machining controls, troubleshooting, and programming skillso Troubleshoot ladder logic programso Troubleshoot machine heating controls, i.

controllers, heaters, molds and solid-state relayso Other duties as assignedRequirements:
o Technical training in electrical maintenanceo Able to read blueprints and specificationso Hands-on experience in the manufacturing industryo Experience diagnosing/repairing mechanical industrial equipment, such as lathes, milling machines, CNC etc.
; includes use of precision measuring tools and testing equipmento Good understanding of electrical systems including 3 phaseo Basic knowledge of plumbing and pneumatic controlso Must be willing to learn new skillso Ability to determine material needs and specifications for projectso Creates detail bill of materials (BOMs) for projecto Experience operating machineso Background with PLCo Experience with machine heating controlso HS Diploma / GED and 5-7 years relevant experienceReq ID :
